There are no messages at journalctl or dmesg level. It just either doesn't connect or connects and disconnects soon after without finishing network connection establishment (no IP connectivity yet). Tried to set it down to N as well as AC only and mix of evertyhing - no go. Pi is ~1-2m away from router - same as laptop.
